PROMETHEUS Viral Continues with Android-Unboxing Video from Weyland Corp Featuring Michael Fassbender

The viral campaign for Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated return to sci-fi, Prometheus, kicked off in a big way with a chilling TED Talk video featuring Guy Pearce’s character from the film. During the pic’s WonderCon panel earlier today, fans were given cards from Weyland Corp that directed them to a website and a phone number. If you call the number, an operator informs you that all Weyland Corp lines are busy, but calls your attention to a text message you’ve just received. The text message gives you a link that directs you to a truly spectacular video narrated by one of the film’s stars. If you’d rather be kept in the dark concerning certain plot points for Prometheus (albeit that are being revealed by the studio), I’d advise you to turn back now.

Still with me? Alright. Scott himself previously revealed that Michael Fassbender plays an android in the Alien-connected Prometheus, and this viral video is narrated by Fassbender and shows the unboxing of his human-like android. It’s extremely well done and I nearly got chills as the video concluded. It’s a short video, but the viral campaign for Prometheus thus far has been kicking some serious ass (your move, Dark Knight Rises).

Dream House Movie Review

Directed by Jim Sheridan from a screenplay by David Loucks, "Dream House" feels like the filmmakers were to delve into a kind of bargain bin of the tales of spare parts - a touch of "The Amityville Horror", a piece of "The Shining", a bit of "The Sixth Sense" and why not throw in a "Shutter Island", also while we're at it?

Sheridan could never quite capture the tone and standard falls on a Dream (girls playing a wobbly version of "Für Elise" by Beethoven more than once) that never really convinces.

With its twists and pace telegraphed clumsy, the film would be unbearable if not for the fine trio of Craig, Rachel Weisz and Naomi Watts, all slums, more or less Ming. Craig is such transformation of his character as a father happy for troubled loner, sometimes within the same scene, at least look credible. (And perhaps signals that the film is really done, what with no less than four times unnecessarily shirtless through a story set in a snowy winter.)

As his neck gradually becomes duller and less hair finely landscaped, Craig is the ability to turn Quicksilver from sophisticated to rude reminder of why it was such an inspired choice for the role of James Bond.

In this way, it must be said that, actually, in real life every so Weisz and Craig left a long-term partner, and recently married. Stenosis of the film can not quite see the sense of two people who belong to them, even if some of their calm-before-the-scenes of the storm along with a pair is not a simple chemical that seems to disarm and alleviate both.

'Dream House' is perhaps not a memorable film, but he will always remember playing in the personal stories of these two stars never convincing modern. This is not necessarily their "Mr and Mrs Smith", but it should not prove to be their "Gigli" either.

As you go to create a film about a young man fighting cancer, which fails to meet its purpose and the fun is still a mystery to me, even if the screenwriter Will Reiser, is basically telling her own story. But it is a rather neat trick to mix comedy with a story that moves and relevant, it helps to have an intelligent script, cast, and above all feel good. These features make the 50/50 bright star

The always friendly, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is an employee of 27 years, public radio in Seattle who do not smoke or drink, not even cross the street when the light is red, but still has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer spine. How he and those around him his girl (Bryce Dallas Howard), his overprotective mother (Anjelica Huston), and especially his best friend (Seth Rogen), a reaction to the disease as it progresses is the heart of the film. There is also a green young therapist (this is a teaching hospital, say), played by Anna Kendrick, who plays an important role in the ability of Gordon-Levitt to confront the feelings they had never faced before.

It could not be more serious topic, but Gordon-Levitt, and in particular Rogen (who co-produced the film) to make comedy seem so spontaneous and organic. They are doing what all the guys are trying to hide their feelings and use humor to transform the real problems that they are looking in the face.
